I like the awe of the building itself and very impressed with the inside lobby as well. Room was excellent.
The outside of the hotel was awe inspiring just in it's size. The inside was equally impressive. Room size was generous, staff was helpful and courteous.

The price of the food was quite high especially room service and the 3 dollar delivery fee for room service seems out of line.

Most comfortable 4 day stay I've had in a long time.
Nothing really stuck out at me this trip.
I was happy to return here after a few other stays. Extra quiet and comfortable room, great overall value. Also great shopping and dining options within walking distance.

This might be a good hotel on business expenses, but internet was not free and food a little expenseive. My biggest complaint was the carpeting was stained in our room and this hotel did not look like a Hyatt. Maybe a Hyatt of 20 years ago with little maintenance. ...read more
